WONDER Staking Withdrawal Error Correction and Compensation
Official WEMIX site announcement:
WONDER Staking implements a withdrawal waiting period to prevent contract overload and exposure to attacks caused by excessive deposits and withdrawals. When a withdrawal request is made, WEMIX is minted as NFTs and kept in storage for 7 days. After this period, the NFTs are burned, and the corresponding WEMIX are then released as part of the withdrawal process.
In the future, during the withdrawal waiting period, users can use the respective NFTs to deduct specific fees from the corresponding WEMIX and receive payments. This feature will be further expanded into the realm of NFTFi, allowing users to acquire fees by providing liquidity for these withdrawals.
Recently, an error was discovered when such NFTs were transferred to different wallet addresses. After the waiting period, WEMIX was paid to the wallet that originally generated the NFT, instead of the wallet holding the NFT at the time of withdrawal. Our team promptly addressed and fixed this issue, which was related to the website and not the contract.
Prior to the error correction, two cases of overpayment due to this issue were reported and confirmed, totaling approximately 79,200 WEMIX in compensation. If any users encounter the same issue, even after this announcement, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support center for further assistance.

원더스테이킹은 과도한 입출금으로 인한 컨트랙트의 과부하와 공격에의 노출을 방지하기 위하여, 출금신청 시 출금대상 위믹스가 NFT로 민팅되어 7일간 보관되며, 이후 출금시 NFT가 소각되고 위믹스를 지급하는 출금대기 방식으로 운영됩니다.
이는 향후 출금대기 기간 내에 해당 NFT를 활용하여 해당 위믹스 중 일정 수수료를 차감하고 지급받고, 이들을 위해 유동성을 공급하는 유저가 수수료를 취득하는 NFTFi의 영역으로 확대될 예정입니다.
이러한 NFT가 전송 등의 방법을 통해 다른 주소의 지갑으로 이전되었을 때, 출금대기 시간 경과 후 출금 시 NFT 보유 지갑이 아닌 원래 NFT를 생성했던 지갑으로 위믹스가 지급되는 오류가 발견되었으며, 해당 오류는 컨트랙트가 아닌 웹사이트의 문제로 즉시 수정되었습니다.
단, 오류의 수정 이전에 해당 오류로 인해 과오지급된 건이 2건 접수 및 확인되었으며, 해당 과오지급 2건, 약 79,200WEMIX에 대해서는 보상지급할 예정입니다. 혹시, 공지 이후라도 해당 현상과 동일한 문제가 발생한 유저는 아래의 고객센터를 통해 언제든지 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
