Wepublic Policy Update Official WEMIX site announcement : The Wepublic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be updated in conjunction with the upcoming Wepublic update this month. Please refer to the details below. 1. Purpose • Wepublic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be updated following the addition of the Funding Project. 2. Details [Terms of Service] • Article 2 : The terms Organizer, Sponsor, Participant, DAO Admin, Sponsored Project, Meeting Project, Funding Project, Target Amount, Sponsorship, Sponsorship Settlement, Sponsorship Refund, Project Duration, Reward, Funding Success (or Project Success), Project Complete, Cancel Project will be added. • Article 3 : The existing provisions on Purchase•Sponsorship•Refund•Settlement will be separated into individual clauses and replaced accordingly following the establishment of a new sponsorship provision. • The existing Article 4 (Contractual Obligations) will be renumbered as Article 5 following the establishment of a new Article 4 on Projects. • Article 5 : The obligation will be divided into Company, Users, and Organizers, with detailed responsibilities categorized under each. • Article 6 (Fees), Article 7 (Wepublic Cash Recharge and Refund), and Article 8 (Funding Project Sponsorship and Refund) will be established. • Detailed project-related provisions will be added to Article 9 (General Provisions) Section 5 and Article 10 (Miscellaneous) Section 2. • Article 9 Section 2 No.1 : The list of applicable laws will be updated. • Article 9 Section 3 : The content regarding the handling of personal information and related matters will be revised. [Privacy Policy] • Article 2, Section 1 : The retention and utilization period of legal guardian information will be removed. • Article 2, Section 1 : The Political Parties Act will be removed. • Article 3, Section 1 : Wemade will be removed from the Company's personal information processing items. • Article 3, Section 1 : Registered official DAOs (Hope of Korea Party, Presbyterian Church in Busan) will be removed from the Company's personal information processing items. • Article 3, Section 1 : Participation details of the Funding Project Reward Delivery will be added to the Company's personal information processing items. • Article 4, Section 1 : Provision of personal information related to Funding Projects will be added. • Article 10, Section 2 : The installation, operation, and rejection methods of cookies will be revised. • Article 10, Section 2 : User rights regarding the use of cookies will be added. 3.
