In line with the overhaul of the Wepublic service and the review of operating policies, the Terms of Service and Operating Policies will be updated.
Please review the detailed amendments specified below.
1. Purpose
• Updates to the Wepublic Terms of Service and Operating Policies
2. Key Revisions
• Wepublic Terms of Service
> Terminologies updated
> Article 2 : “Member,” “User,” “Wepublic 2.0,” “Mirror Token”, “Decentralized Identifier (DID),” and “Sponsorship Activities” terms removed
> Article 2 : “Project,” “WEMIX,” and “Feed” terms added
> Article 2 : “User,” “Wepublic Wallet,” “Wepublic Cash,” “Wepublic Point,” “Sponsorship” terms redefined
> Article 3 : “Use of Service” removed and replaced with “Purchase•Sponsorship•Refund•Settlement”
> Article 4, Section 2, Subsection 6 : Updated content for commercial purposes
> Article 5, Section 1 : Redefined service users
> Article 5, Section 2 : Added service withdrawal requirements
> Article 5, Section 5 : Added content to the indemnification clause
> Article 6, Section 1 : Updated content on linked services and third-party provisions
• Wepublic Operating Policies
> Terminologies updated
> Introduction : Changed the company to WEMIX PTE. LTD.
> Introduction : Deleted policy regulations related to Wepublic Cash
> Article 1, Section A : Added content regarding service usage
> Article 3, Section A, Subsection e : Revised the title to “Fraud or Commercial Activity”
> Article 3, Section A, Subsection e : Added content related to profit-driven projects for personal pursuit
> Article 3, Section A, Subsection i : Added content related to service usage restrictions
> Article 3, Section B : Added content on refusal or retrieval of sponsorship settlements
> Article 4 “Terms of Purchase and Use of Wepublic Cash” revised and transferred to the Terms of Service
> Article 5 “Wepublic 2.0 Service Withdrawal“ removed
> Article 6 “DAO Operating Standards and Complaint Procedures” renumbered as Article 4
> Article 4, Section B : Updated the complaint and handling procedure
3. Effective Date
• Implementation : June 10th, 2024

• If you have any questions regarding these revisions, please contact the Wepublic Support Center.
• If you do not agree to the revised policies, you will not be able to use the service.
