Wepublic App Service Transition Official WEMIX site announcement : The Wepublic Wallet, the wallet service of Wepublic - the official transparency platform of WEMIX3.0, will soon be revamped into the new "Wepublic App." Operated by WEMIX PTE. LTD., the new Wepublic App aims to significantly enhance user accessibility and experience through more intuitive and specialized features. Furthermore, the platform will continuously expand and refine various functions optimized for Wepublic. To ensure the continuous use of existing assets and information on the platform after the overhaul, migration measures will be provided. Please review the following details to avoid any inconvenience. [Schedule] • Launch of New App : November 2024 • Discontinuation of Current App : December 31, 2024, 23:59 (KST) ※ To facilitate smooth migration, the Wepublic Wallet service will remain active for approximately 1 month after the new app is released. [Migration Reminders] • Ensure to check and securely store your Wepublic Wallet's private key for migration. • For your convenience, migration will be supported upon the release of the Wepublic App. Ensure to complete the migration before the grace period. • By using your private key, you can transfer your assets (Wepublic Points, Wepublic Cash, WEMIX) and other data, including DAO memberships and activity history, into the new Wepublic App. [Securing Private Key] 1. Launch the Wepublic Wallet 2. Tap “More” at the bottom right 3. Tap “Check Private Key” from the “Recovery” menu 4. Review the precautions and tap “Check Private Key” 5. View the private key and tap “Copy to clipboard” 6. Save and store the copied private key securely ※ The private key can only be accessed through the Wepublic Wallet. [Precautions] • Once the Wepublic Wallet service ends, access to the app and your private key will be restricted. The Wepublic website will be integrated with the new Wepublic App. • Users are solely responsible for securing their private key before the Wepublic Wallet service ends. The company is not liable for any losses incurred due to failure to do so. Since the company can neither access user assets within the wallet nor recover them, please exercise caution.
