Wepublic App Service Transition and App Launch Official WEMIX site announcement : Greetings from the Wepublic team. We are thrilled to announce the Wepublic Wallet, the wallet service of Wepublic — WEMIX3.0’s official transparency platform — has been revamped and launched as the Wepublic App. The new Wepublic App supports social login for easier access and enables leaders to manage individual member permissions, streamlining DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) management. Please see below for key updates and important notes to ensure a smooth transition to the Wepublic App. [Key Updates] • Revamped Wepublic App > The Wepublic Wallet, the official transparency platform for WEMIX3.0 has been revamped as the Wepublic App. It now supports social login for seamless access, making it easier for users to log into the Wepublic app without having to verify their identity every time. • Decentralized DAO Management > DAO creators can now appoint staff for sub-groups within the DAO. Assigned staff members can be granted specific management permissions, ensuring smoother operations. • Enhanced Community Features > New features have been added to streamline DAO management, including setting membership criteria, invitation-based registration, role assignments through group designations, and task organization with to-do lists. [Important Notes] • To protect assets on the blockchain, users of the previous Wepublic Wallet must securely store their private keys. • For the convenience of existing Wepublic Wallet users, migration will be supported upon the release of the Wepublic App. Please complete the migration before the grace period ends. • Using your private key, you can transfer your assets (Wepublic Points, the Wepublic Cash, WEMIX) and other data, including DAO memberships and activity history, into the new Wepublic App. • To use the updated DAO features of the Wepublic App, existing DAOs need to be migrated. DAO founders should follow the in-app instructions to complete the migration process. • When migrating to the new Wepublic App, DAO funds in the former Wepublic Wallet will be transferred to the creator's personal wallet. Therefore, if DAO funds are required, please withdraw them directly from the creator's balance.
