WEMIX Terms of Service Update Notice WEMIX Medium : The general terms and conditions of WEMIX will be updated due to the launch of NFTFi and change of the list of service restricted countries. Reason for Update • Terms of service and service agreement category due to the launch of NFTFi. • List of service restricted countries edited to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering 2. Adding of ‘NFTFi’ category • Adding of NFTFi terms of service and service agreement <What is NFTFi?> NFTFi is a decentralized protocol-based service which allows NFTs owned by individuals to be utilized as a financial product. b. Change in the list of service limited high-risk countries • Some countries deleted from the list of high-risk countries • High-risk countries : Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Congo, Ethiopia, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe. <What Are High-risk Countries?> A list of high-risk countries (references include OFAC Sanctioned Countries List) has been drafted in order to prevent any danger related to financial crimes such as money laundering in accordance with Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) guidelines. 3.
