WEMIX PLAY App: Unified Wallets, New Beginnings Official WEMIX site announcement : WEMIX is undergoing strategic changes aimed at fostering sustainable growth across its ecosystem. As part of this initiative, we are streamlining and enhancing our wallet services to support the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem better, focusing on platforms like WEMIX PLAY and Wepublic. With the upcoming WEMIX PLAY renewal on September 11, the new WEMIX PLAY App will launch, offering a streamlined wallet management solution. Users can easily import and manage their existing PLAY Wallet, WEMIX Wallet, and una Wallet addresses in a single app, improving management efficiency and creating a seamless user experience by eliminating the need to switch between apps. After the renewal, the app will exclusively support signature functionality. Detailed instructions on migrating existing wallets will be provided in the transition guide released alongside the renewal. [WEMIX PLAY Renewal & App Launch] • Date : September 11, 2024 ※ The iOS release schedule is subject to change. After providing sufficient time for users to migrate their wallet addresses, support for the WEMIX Wallet, PLAY Wallet, and una Wallet will be discontinued. [Discontinuation Details] • Wallets : WEMIX Wallet, una Wallet, PLAY Wallet • Date : December 26, 2024 ※ The schedule is subject to change. • Ensure that assets in these wallets are transferred to alternative wallets before the service discontinuation date. • Existing wallet information can be retained by importing wallets with a mnemonic phrase or private key. • New sign ups for these wallets will no longer be possible from the point of the service migration. For users currently utilizing WEMIX Stake, NILE, or other dApp services with the wallets scheduled for discontinuation, please review the supported wallets for each service and take the necessary actions accordingly. WEMIX Stake • Supported Wallets : MetaMask, OKX Wallets • Users can withdraw their assets and transfer them to a new wallet to continue participating in WONDER Staking. • Alternatively, users can import existing wallets to avoid the withdrawal process and continue service uninterrupted. NILE • Supported Wallets : MetaMask • Users can transfer all NFTs and assets in pending transactions in the Marketplace or NFTFi to resume trading. • Alternatively, users can import existing wallets to avoid the withdrawal process and continue service uninterrupted. Furthermore, for external dApp services like WEMAX and OPT Finance, please check the supported wallets for the respective services and take the necessary actions accordingly. Thank you.
