We are notifying our users about the database service maintenance which will be held at Microsoft for its Azure cloud since it will directly affect the WEMIX platform. Please be informed with the details below. [Maintenance Details] • A database service maintenance of Microsoft Azure, cloud service of the WEMIX Platform, will be held. • While the maintenance is ongoing, users can use the service. However partial data may not be updated due to the unstable connection with the database. All systems will be normalized after the maintenance. • There will be no data loss due to the maintenance. [Maintenance Schedule] • WEMIX Burn : May 30th 23:03, 2023 ~ May 31st 00:29, 2023 [1hr 26mins] (GMT+9) • NILE : May 30th 23:03, 2023 ~ May 31st 00:31, 2023 [1hr 28mins] (GMT+9) • Explorer : May 30th 23:00, 2023 ~ May 31st 00:25, 2023 [1hr 25mins] (GMT+9) * Maintenance schedule may alter due to Microsoft Azure Cloud’s maintenance circumstances. [Effects on the Service] • Service: WEMIX Burn, NILE, Explorer • WEMIX Burn: Users will be unable to use the service for about 5 minutes. • NILE: Users will be unable to use the service for about 2 minutes. • Explorer: The Explorer may not be updated for about 10 to 90 minutes at maximum.
