Termination of WEMIX Wallet and una Wallet Services & Updates to unagi Website Official WEMIX site announcement : Greetings from the WEMIX Team. We would like to inform you of the termination of the WEMIX Wallet and una Wallet services, effective December 26, 2024. ※ Excluding access to the recovery(mnemonic) phrase or private key. Users can migrate their existing WEMIX Wallet and una Wallet to WEMIX PLAY App or other alternative wallets using their recovery(mnemonic) phrases or private keys. As a result of these changes, the aforementioned wallets will no longer be supported on platforms such as WEMIX Stake, NILE, and PNIX DEX. Additionally, the unagi website will only provide services such as the WEMIX PLAY App download. For more information regarding the service termination, please refer to the details below. [Service Termination Details] • Terminated wallets : WEMIX Wallet, una Wallet • Termination Date : December 26, 2024 02:00 (UTC+0) • Grace Period for Recovery(Mnemonic) Phrase or Private Key : Until December 26, 2025 • Impact : - The unagi website will provide simplified services. - Wallet connections with WEMIX Wallet and una Wallet will no longer be available on WEMIX Stake, NILE, and PNIX DEX. • Important Precautions - Users must securely store their recovery(mnemonic) phrases or private keys separately within the designated grace period of one year (subject to schedule changes). - If the recovery(mnemonic) phrase and private key are not separately saved and safely stored within the designated grace period, the Company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the user's negligence. - All transactions processed on the existing wallets can be viewed using the blockchain explorer of the corresponding digital asset network. - If the WEMIX Wallet app is deleted or reinstalled, the private key cannot be recovered. Please ensure you save it securely in advance. - una Wallet updates by operating systems : > AOS : Only the [Check Recovery Phrase] feature is available. > iOS : Features other than [Check Recovery Phrase] can be viewed but inaccessible. [How to Check Recovery(Mnemonic) Phrases / Private Keys] 1. una Wallet 1) Access to the una Wallet app. 2) Select [Import Existing Wallet]. 3) Enter your password to view the recovery(mnemonic) phrase. • Wallets cannot be imported in the following cases : - Deletion of the Google account or Apple ID used for registration. - Transition to a different operating system(iOS ↔️ AOS) after registration. - Change of iCloud account associated with the device(iOS only). • To create a recovery(mnemonic) phrase, click [Convert to Recovery Phrase Wallet]. • This is only available if the data is stored in the connected cloud. 2. WEMIX Wallet 1) Access to WEMIX Wallet app. 2) Enter your password and select the wallet address you wish to view the private key. 3) Click [Check private key], then re-enter your password.
