New Era Unveils: una Messenger
Official WEMIX site announcement :
The token-based communication platform “PAPYRUS Messenger” has made its debut today as “una Messenger,” the comprehensive communication platform of the WEMIX foundation’s omnichain initiative.
The first step as una Messenger begins with the inclusion of the Wepublic Wallet to the existing supported wallets and the integration of DAO to the service. Now, all DAOs can establish new communication channels using una Messenger.
In addition, as previously announced, SBT (Soul Bound Token) issued by DAOs will serve as Proof of Qualification for entering DAO channels within una Messenger.
The transformation enables the connection of various members of the blockchain ecosystem, further expanding the ecosystem and moving closer to the evolution into an omnichain messenger.

• The PAPYRUS update will transition the service to una Messenger.
• The service will remain accessible as usual after the update at Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Channels already created or joined in PAPYRUS will be maintained after the update.
• A total of 4 wallets (una Wallet, WEMIX Wallet, PLAY Wallet, Wepublic Wallet) are supported.
In the future, we plan to add new features including una Swap, mudskipper, and live streaming based on the support of various blockchain networks and digital assets. We will also introduce the unagi Naming Service (uNS), a convenient service that allows for easy replacement of lengthy wallet addresses with personalized words.
Through una Messenger, we aim to introduce a more advanced communication method, efficiently integrating fragmented information and diverse opinions.
