From Multichain Team: Pending Transactions on Multichain Bridge Official WEMIX site announcement: Greeting from the WEMIX Team We have received an official statement from the Multichain team regarding the recent processing delays on the Multichain Bridge. The key points of the statement are as follows: Multichain is making their best efforts to resolve the current delays, the assets affected by the delays are safely secured, and they will provide technical support and compensation to the community members who have been affected by this delay. The WEMIX team is also actively collaborating with the Multichain team to address the situation. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution. Dear WEMIX Foundation We are currently aware of recent concerns being raised regarding the pending transactions while bridging assets from and to Multichain supported networks. First and foremost, the team at Multichain would like to provide assurance that we are dedicated to providing secure and efficient services to WEMIX community members. The Multichain bridge is currently operational and functioning as intended, ensuring the secure transfer of assets to and from WEMIX mainnet. However, there is a temporary delay in processing several bridge transactions and the team at Multichain is working diligently towards resolving the current situation. It is important to note that all assets currently pending for transaction processing are secured and can be transparently monitored through the Multichain Explorer. The team at Multichain understands the importance of seamless user experience and would like to provide compensation to WEMIX community members who were affected by the transaction delays during this recent operational period. If any WEMIX community members have encountered any issues in using Multichain Bridge, please have them visit the following link and submit a ticket. The Multichain team has identified an issue with the router connecting WEMIX3.0 Mainnet and Klaytn Mainnet. To address this, they will conduct a comprehensive inspection and implement necessary measures to resolve the issue. Based on the Multichain team's assessment, we anticipate that this process may take approximately one week. We assure you that any changes such as early completion or extension of the maintenance will be promptly communicated to our valued WEMIX community through subsequent announcements. The Multichain router inspection is scheduled to begin on June 29th, 2023. Throughout this inspection period, the usage of the Multichain bridge between WEMIX3.0 Mainnet and the Klaytn network for the following assets listed below, will be temporarily suspended.
