WEMIX Mass Burn To Deflationary Tokenomics WEMIX pursues Deflationary Tokenomics. Deflationary Tokenomics is based on a decrease in the amount of tokens issued as time goes by. However, if this is attempted solely by burning tokens, it then lacks the concept of growth and would potentially result in apportioning of the fixed value among the remaining tokens. In other words, a genuine Deflationary Tokenomics must revolve around a concept that synergizes the value of growth(inflation) and supply reduction(burn) by burn exceeding inflation, resulting in a healthy expansion overall which also directly impacts the value of the tokens through deflated token supply. In the early stages of growth, the amount of burned tokens in proportion to use cases and transaction volume are relatively low. Considering that the block reward(PMR) is constant during this stage, this results in an Inflationary Tokenomics. However, as the ecosystem grows and the amount burned matches the block reward rate(break even block) or exceeds the plateau point(golden cross), we effectively achieve Deflationary Tokenomics. The reason for WEMIX pursuing Deflationary Tokenomics is not a temporary measure or a means to overcome the recent situation. Deflationary Tokenomics is not a short-term action but rather a long-term vision based on growth. The strive for Deflationary Tokenomics is the essence of what WEMIX3.0 was designed to achieve ever since its inception.
